In the case of newsletters we send out, after unsubscribing from them, we only retain your entered username and email address to avoid possible future duplicate subscriptions. This data will be transferred to the new party upon dissolution or sale of our company.

Super-Seat does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
