The right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons as an individual. During this time you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. You are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. In doing so, you can remove the product from the packaging but please return it back in the original packaging. If you did more than was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for it. If you have multiple products of the same model make sure you only use one to test. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and processing of the goods.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, took possession of the product. If you ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you received the last product or part. If you have agreed with us on a regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the first product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product to us within no more than 14 days, including a notice, such as a completed model form, that you are invoking your right of withdrawal. It can be sent to:

The product must be returned in its original packaging and if included on pallet.

Refund
In case of a withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the return shipment, back as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you want to use the right of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you paid, unless you agree another method with us. You bear the cost of the return shipment and must also organize the return yourself. We estimate that this cost will be a maximum of €150.00.
